Blog Anniversary Part II – The Dress

I love dressing up for every tiny special occassion which comes up.

And what is a special occassion if not my blog birthday? 😉

I decided to not exaggerate this time and do a look everyone of you could wear for a little event or even only for a warm summer evening.

Dresses are perfect for summer: they are light and comfy and make you look chic at the same time.

I bought this dress at Asos and I really liked the cut, color and little lace details at first sight.

It reminded me somehow of the gorgeous dresses by Self-Portrait which I really admire.

And I’m also sure that you are going to see this dress a few more times this season.

For this post I combined it in a comfy yet elegant way. Instead of heels I wore soft-pink mules which are a great alternative to every high-heeled shoe. They are often very chic but way more comfy to walk in.

For the accessories I wore my beloved & Other Stories earrings again and a new floral bag by Mango.

And you know what? I even did my hair! 😀

I normally don’t do my hair because I’m so bad at it but this time I did and I’m quite proud of myself.

Btw: I’m going to cut my hair in a few weeks which is also the reason why I wanted to do a good hair styling this time.
