Ruffled Pants

My lovelies! ♥

So sorry to keep you waiting for a new blogpost for so long, but I’m no good at all with time management and it gets even worst when I’m in my exam period. To make it short: Shame on me!

I’m already counting the days till spring finally arrives in Munich. I have some pretty good spring looks finished and planned inside my head (and in some piece already in my wardrobe), but it’s still freezingly cold outside so I’m still trying to get through this (pretty rough) winter without ending up as one big frostbite.

To be honest: those ruffled pants are part of a big spring look vision but I couldn’t wait any longer to show it to you, guys.

I’m somehow a perfectionist when it comes to fashion issues and maybe it’s a bad thing. Instead of creating outfits around a special piece or to get inspired by my closet while planning a look I buy me one thing and I’m searching for the perfect second and third part (sometimes for months, while filling up shopping baskets over baskets on different online shopping pages dreaming about this and that and forget to focus on the main thing 😀 ) until I think it’s lookbook worthy.

In this case I tried to do option number two: creating a look with my closet as it is.

What is your standard procedure while creating new looks? As chaotic and time-consuming as mine?

Anyways. Enough of me and my unstructured outfit-planning which always makes me blush with shame in front of my blogger colleagues and back to topic! 😀

Ruffles were a big thing during the last months and we have totally seen those on every shirt, blouse and dress but fewer on pants. So when H&M came up with their new Trend collection it was love at first sight for me – the pattern, the ruffles at the waist and the (even more!) ruffles at the bottom of the leg…who can resist when it comes to ruffles? I clearly can’t.

I combined those wonderful pants with my babyblue pullover and some sockboots.

How do you like winter season? Still counting down the days till the warmer months as I do or do you love the wintery days?

Have a wonderful week!

Lots of love to you!

Such a beautiful look my dear Katharina! Your style is the best, really, so original and fabulous! You are the only one who can wear pied de poule pattern in such a modern and super coll way! Love this fluffy jacket and think is the purrrfect way to finish that super cool yet sweet look! Thank you so much for the inspiration!

    Meine liebe Katharina,

Allerliebste Grüße aus dem ebenso frostigen Ingolstadt,
    Deine Susa
