
INGREDIENTS
Dough Base:
♥ 125 grams flour
♥ 2 teaspoons of matcha
♥ 40 grams sugar
♥ 70 grams soft butter
♥ 1 egg
Toppings:
♥ Nuts
♥ Icing
♥ Edible flowers
♥ Sugar sprinkles

HOW TO
Mix the soft butter, sugar and matcha. Stir until it has a creamy texture.
Add the egg, flour and a bit of salt. Stir until it’s smooth.
Take the dough ball and wrap it in cling film.
Leave it in the fridge for about an hour.
Afterwards heat the oven by 180 ° degrees Celsius (356 ° F).
Roll the pastry. Don’t forget to flour the surface! 😉
Cut out the cookies with some cutters you like.
Place the biscuits on a baking plate.
Let them bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
Next step: cool down (the cookies, not you! 😉 )
